Product Name :CPAC Acid Resistant Concrete
Detail :

CPAC Acid Resistant Concrete

Description
Concrete designed and developed to extend the life of concrete in acidic conditions by adding high-resolution admixtures, making the concrete denser and stronger than general concrete. It is highly resistant to acidic conditions because the concrete structure in this condition, the cement and sandstone will be corroded by the acid, causing the concrete to be destroyed, resulting in a rough, hollow surface and affecting the strength of the structure.

Suitable for the following types of work:
Concrete structures in acidic environments, such as acidic soil areas such as in Prachin Buri and Nakhon Nayok provinces, factories or production sites that use acid in production or obtain acid from the production process, such as pickled vegetable and fruit factories, rubber processing plants, battery factories, garbage pits, wastewater treatment systems and sewage pipes from houses and factories.

Properties
Denser and stronger than general concrete.
Recommendations for use and precautions
Do not add water to make the concrete more liquid, as this will cause the concrete properties to be different from those designed.
The concrete should be vibrated properly according to the standard materials and construction requirements for concrete structures (Engineering Institute of Thailand) to prevent cavities in the concrete and increase the strength and durability of the concrete.

Concrete curing: Concrete should be cured immediately after it begins to set. Continuously for at least 7 days, which can be done in many ways, such as water retention, concrete curing chemicals, covering with wet sacks and watering to keep it moist all the time, or spraying with clean water to keep it moist all the time, or according to the standard materials and construction requirements for concrete structures (Engineering Institute of Thailand)
Structures and buildings or special constructions that may require other appropriate curing methods in addition to this method
