The story of everyone who joined hands to restore the beauty of our river
When wanting to restore the Chao Phraya River to be beautiful again, SCG collaborated with both government and private sectors, with the cooperation of communities along the Chao Phraya River, to carry out the following activities

• Promote tourism along the Chao Phraya River
• Build a bank protection dam from Chai Nat to Samut Prakan
• Waste management, both household waste and weed waste such as water hyacinth
• Manage water quality to be at a good level
• Dredging the sand and sediment at the riverbank
• Finding an area for a monkey cheek of a suitable size for the area

The “Looking Chao Phraya” project is therefore considered a comprehensive management from all sectors. It is the intention of all involved parties to jointly revive and revive the Chao Phraya River, to return it to good quality, to be an important blood river, to promote a good image for Thailand, to be a water source for people to use, both for agriculture and travel, or during floods, to help water flow through conveniently, prevent flooding in various areas, reduce the impact on people living along the canal, and result in a better quality of life.
